Staff and Leadership

SEE Global has a board in the United States consisting of six pastors and church leaders who oversee the vision and integrity of ministry.

An Advisory Board of pastors in Belarus oversees the application of ministry and financial accountability.

SEE Global has a full time staff of five highly committed Belarusian nationals in Minsk, Belarus. All of the staff are deeply involved in their local churches.

Sergei, Co-Founder and Vice-President

Sergei attended the Minsk Bible College. After he and his wife, Zoya, graduated from the college in 1997 they planted two churches which continue to flourish.

In 2002, Sergei was asked to bring leadership to Minsk Bible College. At that time he also began serving as one of the pastors at a prominent church in Minsk.

In 2010 Sergei moved out of his with the Bible College to become Director of SEE Global.

In 2015 Sergei planted a new church in Minsk.

Kyle, Co-Founder and President

Since 1982, Kyle has been on the pastoral staff of the church he grew up in, which is located near the south Jersey shore. He transitioned into the role of Lead Pastor in 2003.

In January 1999 he began teaching annually (the book of Romans) at the Minsk Bible College. From the beginning, Kyle became involved with local churches in Belarus and Greentree soon began a sister-church relationship with a Belarusian congregation.

Kyle has been married to Debbie for over 25 years. One of their great joys is to have three grown children who actively serve in their home churches.

Kyle is an avid reader & blogger who tries never to be too far from a local diner or coffee shop.
